NATO in action (NATO = No Action Talk Only)

Meeting on RollOut Testing.

Agenda - Migration time, Testing Time, PIC, coordinator, etc..

Everyone settle down and ready to start meeting.It started out perfectly fine till
NATO suddenly came in.

NATO: We must all know what we are meeting for..wee wee wang wang..
You guys must plan properly so that everything goes smoothly...

LYBoss: If no new cases come in, do we test out dummy cases?

NATO: NO! No need if don't have new cases. This is what we call ORT.
We are only testing on the processes. By then after UAT, everything should
be "PERFECTLY FINE". <- br="" dreams="" his="" in="">
LYBoss: NATO, you guys will be alright if we don't test? (Look over to B-B-Dino)

B-B-Dino * YEaaa Rite?!? No eye c..even better still..less work.

NATO: What for you test out the input only? And that is only dummy case.
You might as well go get an agent to fill up for you if you want. (Sarcastic Eh..)
If after UAT still not OK, we should go directly to BA already.

IT: Friday, all will need to stop work at 5:30pm sharp.

All except so-called StepMOM: It should be alright.

StepMOM: But my side have a lot to do and need to be completed that day.
Can't it be later? (always the ONLY ONE disagreeing to everything - "outstanding")

IT: Remember that if later, then it will eat into tomorrow's time as well.
Then testingwill start later and end later. If required, maybe Sun also.

Stepmom: Ohhh..then I will try to make it early then.

NATO: You guys must identify from all areas what are the activities affected...etc..
